The Ministry of Land and Resources Charges for the Application of Mining Right Appraise

1. Application and Accepting

After the Ministry of Land and Resources receives the materials from applicant, they will return the incomplete or not accord with legal form within 5 days and should tell them to prepare the other materials.

After not making the decision to accept or not accept from the Ministry of Land and Resources, should show the writing notice of the exploration registration with a chapter. That materials are determined not to accept, should be given reasons.

2. Examination and Determination

After the Ministry of Land and Resources have examined and determined to the application materials in the regular time, they will make a determination whether appraise or not. And they will send the determined notice to the applicant or issue the mining license in ten days from the day to make the decision.
