1. The exhibitor should fill in the Exhibition Application Form in detail and put an official

seal on it, then send it to Organizing Committee by letter of fax.

2. After signing up, the enterprise should remit various exhibition charges to the

account number appointed by the convention within ten days.

3. In accordance with the principle of 'First sign up, first pay, first arranged', the

convention has the right to move or even cancel the booth that is not paid according

to relevant regulations.
