Qianan, Hebei Iron ore Prospecting listing transfer Notice

According to Ministry of Land and Resources relative regulation of《prospecting and mining rights auction listing management methods(Trial)》and《Office of Land and Resources in Hebei prospecting and mining rights management Interim Provisions》,Qianan Ministry of Land and Resources was listing and transferring the prospecting rights in November, 5^th, 2006. The transaction price is 20.42 million yuan, but bidders failed to pay within the regulated time and proposed to abandon bidders statement. So we decided re-organization and transfer, notice is as follows:

Prospecting Project

Iron ore survey in Dongshan , Dawuli Country, Qianan City, Hebei

Location: North to Shanyekou village, Dawuli Country, Qianan

Exploration Area: 2.8 km2

Exploration ores: iron

Application Conditions:

1. Legitimate citizens in the People#8217;s Republic of China or companies, enterprises and other economic organization registered in China and have independent civil capacity.

2. Have financial guarantee in accordance with prospecting rights to meet the minimum prospecting input requirements.

3. Bidders are required to pay 1 million yuan bidders deposit, and provide no less than 1 million yuan deposit credit certification.

Time and Location for Enrollment and Qualification Review

Time: January 15^th-20^th, 2007

Location: Ministry of Land and Resources in Qianan

Qualification Review: bidders hold a personal ID card, a business license, the legal representative authorized instructions, financial institutions deposit certificates to Qianan Ministry of Land and Resources for the proposed bidders after paid deposit. Who accordance conditions will be transact registration procedures and obtain the documents for listing transfer.
