1. Participators make certain the booth and it#8217;s area
2. Fill in the application and email to the contractor
3. Participators must pay for half of the costs and deposit into organizer#8217;s accounts in one week after make certain the booth, otherwise, the organizer will not reserve the booth for the applicants
4. Participators can not withdraw the booth unless obtain the agreement of the organizer. The deposit will not be refunded
5. Organizers will send brochure to participators before one month
6. proceedings of conference will publish company introduce for free(no more than two hundred characters)
