The 7th US-China Oil and Gas Industry Forum was held in Hangzhou

In Sep.11 2006, China National Development and Reform Committee had held the 7^th US-China Oil and Gas Industry Forum with US Department of Energy in Hangzhou. There were more than 140 representatives presented this forum. Vice-minister ZhangGuobao of China National Development and Reform Committee, the assistant named Jeffery Jarrett of US Department of Energy and the provincial governor of Zhejiang had attended the forum.

US-China Oil and Gas Industry Forum was set up in 1997. since 1997 the forum had been held in six. This time, both China and US would discuss the situation on oil and gas industry, resources market and productive technology. Besides, they also would talk about the relevant strategy in development.

Through holding the forum, the content of the forum was more and more extensive and deepening. It is a good platform between China and US on learning and exchange. It provideed many chances to develop.

On Sep 30, China and US would had a talking on policy of energy.
